Your Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner and enterprise steward for core business platforms including Aha!, ADO, and Miro
• Define, implement, and evolve governance frameworks, configurations, and ways of working aligned to enterprise strategy
• Own platform operating models, including access controls, licensing, security, and audit readiness
• Administer and enhance system configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and standardize scalable delivery practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business and product needs into optimized system designs
• Establish guardrails, templates, and standards to ensure consistent and efficient tool usage
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across time tracking, cost, utilization, and portfolio insights
• Serve as the escalation point for complex system, workflow, and integration issues
• Lead stakeholder enablement through training, onboarding, and change management initiatives
• Evaluate enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and continuously improve platform performance and adoption

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Hands-on experience administering and configuring Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Miro

• Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, data structures, and automation within enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable system configurations aligned to business needs
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering sustainable solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product delivery, and time tracking practices
• Ability to balance flexibility for teams with governance, compliance, and enterprise standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, finance, HR, and delivery teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience leading platform upgrades, enhancements, or vendor engagements
• Knowledge of integrations between enterprise systems and reporting platforms
• Strong background in optimizing workflows for financial and workforce planning
• Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption of tools and processes
• Track record of improving data quality and reporting consistency across platforms

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Agile or Product certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred

• Competitive Compensation -$79-$89 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
