Scrum Master

Experteer Overview In this role you guide Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware, fostering continuous improvement and effective collaboration. You coach teams in Agile and Lean practices, help remove impediments, and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to optimize program performance. You will report to the Manager, Engineering and work in a hybrid setup in Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI. This role supports delivering high-quality, predictable product development in a fast-paced environment and aligns with Rockwell’s mission to help manufacturers be more productive and sustainable.
