Experteer Overview In this role you guide Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware, fostering continuous improvement and effective collaboration. You coach teams in Agile and Lean practices, help remove impediments, and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to optimize program performance. You will report to the Manager, Engineering and work in a hybrid setup in Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI. This role supports delivering high-quality, predictable product development in a fast-paced environment and aligns with Rockwell’s mission to help manufacturers be more productive and sustainable. Compensation / Benefits * Guide teams toward objectives and continuous improvement * Foster collaboration, communication, and team building * Identify and remove organizational impediments * Facilitate team and program events * Ensure adherence to Scrum/XP/Agile best practices and product processes * Improve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity * Facilitate Scrum/XP, Agile and SAFe events (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Inspect and Adapt) * Coordinate delivery with other Scrum Masters and external teams * Report progress and maintain relevant metrics * Balance changing requirements while protecting the team to meet goals * Collaborate with Product Owners to align execution with goals Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. * Typically 2+ years of related experience * 2+ years in Software Development/Test, Applications Engineering, Technical Support, or related role * Experience in an Agile development environment * Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques * 2+ years as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach with certification * Previous leadership experience * Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products or industrial control equipment * Bonus: Scrum Master experience in hardware-producing environment Key requirements * Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision * 401k * Paid Time off * Parental and Caregiver Leave * Flexible Work Schedule
