Patriot Missile Radome Manufacturing Engineer II

The Manufacturing Engineer will provide direct support to Patriot Missile Radome production operations, ensuring process stability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement in a high-reliability aerospace and defense environment. This role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, grinding operations, and machining equipment, with a strong focus on driving process improvements, resolving production issues, and supporting daily factory operations.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Hands-on experience with Campbell grinding processes.
• Experience with Mazak machining equipment (operation, programming, or troubleshooting).
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools
• Experience developing and deploying manufacturing process documentation.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced production environment.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
