Web Developer

• Design, code, and customize applications and web pages according to business requirements and project briefs.
• Work closely with graphic designers and UX/UI specialists to ensure the accurate translation of design to functional, accessible websites.
• Maintain and apply web development best practices, and proactively suggest, design, and implement updates for optimal performance and user-engagement.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and problem-solving to ensure smooth and seamless functionality of all web projects.
• Perform regular site updates and implement new features and functionality as required.
• Contribute to project meetings and provide regular progress reports to the management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven web development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and other relevant web design coding languages.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal as well as eCommerce platforms will be advantageous.
• Understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards, and experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines, with strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
