You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that improve usability and interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
