· Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability critiques
· Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
· Produce clear design documentation, specifications, and rationale
· Deliver effective handoffs using Figma Dev Mode, annotations, and specs
· Incorporate user research insights, personas, and feedback into design decisions
· Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
· 3-5+ years as a UX Designer (or Product Designer with strong UX focus) shipping digital products
· Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variables, components, variants, libraries, Dev Mode)
· Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components at scale
· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process: flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI, handoffs

· Solid understanding of UX heuristics, accessibility (WCAG), interaction principles, and platform best practices
· Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and trade-offs
· Empathy for users combined with a curious, problem-solving mindset
· Experience in cross-functional agile teams
