Experteer Overview In this role you lead risk management for major transit programs, shaping proactive strategies and governance. You work with program and controls teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, providing contingency guidance. You’ll mentor junior staff and drive the adoption of robust risk practices across projects. This is a chance to influence critical infrastructure delivery and support informed decision-making with data-driven insights. You join a team driving risk-focused project delivery in a leading infrastructure firm. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for programs/projects * Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder meetings * Lead risk identification, assessment, response planning, monitoring, and reporting * Maintain program/project risk registers and provide mitigation recommendations * Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations * Prepare risk reports and present recommendations to stakeholders * Support development of risk-based PMPs and financial plans * Mentor Risk Specialists and provide technical guidance Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of education, or 12 years of direct contractor experience * Experience in developing and implementing risk management systems for major transit programs * Proven ability to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities * Familiarity with FHWA, FTA, FRA, and FAA cost and schedule risk management processes Key requirements *
