Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineering leader in the Experience Solutions team, you will guide and mentor engineers delivering customer-facing experiences for Workplace Savings & Retirement Solutions. You’ll collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to improve the participant and employer user journeys and align with Principal’s mission of accessible financial security. You will drive ownership, continuous improvement, and data-driven experiments to solve complex experience challenges.
