Sr. Hardware Engineer (EDVT & PHY Qual)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead validation and PHY qualification for Cisco’s next-gen enterprise and industrial switches. You will design end-to-end test architectures, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to ensure top quality and industry compliance for mass production. As a technical leader, you’ll mentor engineers and establish scalable test frameworks that raise product reliability. This is a hands-on role with high impact on system performance and standards conformance.
