Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will execute and manage identity governance controls, focusing on user access reviews at scale. You will partner with IT, security, audit, and application owners to enforce access controls and support regulatory compliance. You’ll run campaigns in the Saviynt IGA platform, coordinate timelines, and ensure evidence is audit-ready. This position is execution-focused, requiring strong organization and attention to detail. You’ll help shape scalable governance processes that protect critical systems while supporting business owners. Compensation / Benefits * Create, launch, and manage user access review campaigns in the Saviynt IGA platform * Coordinate campaign schedules, milestones, and deadlines to meet governance requirements * Monitor progress, track completion statuses, and escalate overdue reviews * Validate campaign scope to ensure correct users, roles, and entitlements * Ensure campaigns are closed according to governance standards and documentation * Provide direct support to reviewers and certifiers during access reviews * Develop user guidance materials, job aids, and FAQs for participants * Conduct post-certification lookback to confirm revoked access was removed * Coordinate remediation follow-ups with technical teams as needed * Produce status reporting and maintain evidence for campaigns * Support audit and compliance requests with artifacts and explanations * Identify recurring issues and escalate to improve review quality * Collaborate with the Identity Governance Engineering to validate onboarding readiness and test configurations * Participate in testing and validation of new campaign configurations prior to production * Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline campaigns and reporting Tasks * 3+ years in identity governance, access management, IT controls, or related roles * Hands-on experience supporting access reviews, certifications, or compliance processes * Strong organizational and tracking skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns * Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical users * Experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms; Saviynt or SailPoint (preferred) * Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties (SOD) * Experience supporting audit or compliance activities (SOX, internal audit) * Comfort with reporting, evidence collection, and control documentation Key requirements * 401k with company match * comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) * paid parental leave and family support * paid time off and holidays * tuition reimbursement * LinkedIn Learning and mentorship programs
