In this role, you will assist with the development of the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with IT leaders, technologists and support staff to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the IGA products and capabilities showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency.

How you’ll help move us forward:

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing net new capabilities and enhancements necessary to drive the enterprise IGA strategy
  • Own and drive the enterprise IGA strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of IGA: access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, access certifications
  • Establish and maintain IGA policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for IGA-related risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for IGA platforms and services, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related technologies.
  • Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot IGA solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements and test cases
  • Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency
  • Eliminate duplicative capabilities where possible, reduce complexities, and leverage enterprise standards and industry best practices
  • Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from IGA platform(s) to be leveraged for operational monitoring
  • Identify, manage and remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks for timely delivery
  • Partner with internal technical teams ensuring the strategy and roadmaps are well understood while monitoring successful implementation
  • Lead change, by acting as change agent, to use skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and training
  • Develop and implement program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues well informed
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture

Requirements

  • 8+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise IGA program or IGA engineering function.
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SailPoint or another enterprise IGA platform.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling new, migrating to, and/or managing an enterprise IGA platform based on best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise identity governance strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in working with identity lifecycle events/workflows (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver)
  • Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow like platforms
  • Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty
  • Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to shorten timescales
  • Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
