Sr. IT Support Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide on-site, hands-on IT support to keep core infrastructure reliable in a fast-paced, Apple-centric environment. You will resolve escalated issues across Mac and Windows and optimize key SaaS/cloud platforms to enhance user experience. You’ll develop and maintain internal IT documentation and runbooks, standardizing processes across our global team. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with IT peers worldwide to align on security and stakeholder priorities. Compensation / Benefits * Provide on-site, hands-on support for employees while maintaining reliability and efficiency of core IT infrastructure * Act as an escalation point for advanced technical issues across Mac and Windows environments with minimal supervision * Configure, manage, and optimize SaaS and cloud-based platforms (Google, Worksplace, Okta, Zoom, Slack) to support enterprise operations and improve user experience * Develop, maintain, and evolve internal IT documentation, runbooks, and best practices, helping to standardize processes across the global IT organization * Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and knowledge transfer in areas such as system administration, platform configuration, and support workflows * Collaborate with global IT counterparts to ensure alignment on international support practices, security requirements, and stakeholder priorities Tasks * 4+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment * Proficient in administering and troubleshooting SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom * Jira administration is a plus * Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf preferred) and managing endpoint security tools and compliance workflows * Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows * Experience with networks and connected devices; familiarity with Ubiquiti or similar networking environments * Familiar with command line and basic scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate tasks * Understanding of enterprise IT security practices and compliance requirements * Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing to a global IT team Key requirements * bonus * equity * benefits
