Job description

Responsibilities: Maintain/tune RAG pipelines. Own Python REST services powering query, routing, and alarm-correlation flows. Build/maintain connectors to ServiceNow, Splunk, SharePoint, internal wikis. Implement evaluation suites and guardrails. Investigate prod incidents and ship fixes.

Requirements

Must-haves: 4 8 years total; 2+ years building LLM/RAG or search/retrieval systems. Strong Python; FastAPI/Flask; SQL; Redis/Snowflake/Postgres. Practical RAG experience. Hands-on with ServiceNow API, Splunk SDK/SPL, or SharePoint/Graph API.
