Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager with a strong PMO mindset to lead the stabilization and next phase of a complex enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation. The ideal candidate is a delivery-focused project leader with extensive experience in project/program management, PMO governance, planning, execution, risk management, executive communication, and Systems Integrator management. Approximately 90% of this position will focus on project/program management and PMO leadership, with limited business analysis support as needed. Candidate is a senior delivery-oriented ERP project leader, rather than a primarily functional Business Analyst. They should be comfortable operating at the executive level while maintaining strong control over project plans, risks, budgets, dependencies, vendors, and implementation timelines., * Own the integrated project plan, milestones, budget, schedule, and resource planning.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, reporting cadence, RAID logs, action registers, and executive dashboards.
- Manage project scope, change control, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, OTM, and IT.
- Lead steering committee meetings and provide clear project health updates to executive leadership.
- Manage and hold Systems Integrators and third-party consulting partners accountable for deliverables, quality, budget, and timelines.
- Ensure testing, cutover, business readiness, and go-live activities remain on schedule.
- Lead post-go-live stabilization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and proactively remove project roadblocks.
- Support business process workshops and requirements discussions when needed.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners throughout the transformation., * Lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion enterprise transformation.
- High-visibility role with executive-level exposure.
- Drive PMO governance and delivery excellence.
- Manage cross-functional teams and Systems Integration partners.

Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise ERP project or program management experience.
- Experience leading at least four full-lifecycle ERP implementations, from planning through go-live and stabilization.
- Strong PMO leadership experience, including governance, reporting, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive communications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion across multiple functional modules.
- Proven experience managing Systems Integrators (SIs) and third-party consulting partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ERP implementation methodologies and delivery practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion in a complex enterprise environment., * Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, and OTM.
- Experience leading ERP stabilization and optimization initiatives following go-live.
