8+ years of experience in Java (Java 11+)

Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework

Expertise in Microservices Architecture & RESTful APIs

Proven experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms

Strong experience with high-throughput data processing systems

Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server) and SQL optimization

Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)

Experience with performance tuning and optimization
