ERP Procurement Consultant - Infor CloudSuite

We are seeking experienced Infor CloudSuite / Lawson ERP professionals to support a large enterprise ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within Infor CloudSuite environments., * Serve as a subject matter expert for Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Procurement/ Financials modules.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Gather, analyze, and own business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Validate current-state business processes and identify gaps, pain points, and customization requirements.
• Support future-state process design and solution validation.
• Review and challenge proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document system configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds.
• Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Lead testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, End-to-End Testing, and UAT.
• Support data migration activities and collaborate with Data Architects on data validation and reconciliation.
• Create training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and support organizational adoption efforts.
• Identify project risks, data issues, and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Security Administrators, Integration Developers, and Business Stakeholders.

• Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite
• Experience with Procurement / Supply Chain Management modules.
• In-depth understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with testing, data migration, and user training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with implementation partners and business users.

Preferred:

Healthcare, Public Sector, or large enterprise ERP experience Infor Lawson / CloudSuite experience Experience supporting large ERP transformation initiatives Infor CloudSuite migration experience
