VP of Technology

We are seeking a VP of Technology to join our investment firm in Atlanta. This is a high-impact, player-coach role where you will partner directly with portfolio CTOs to sharpen execution, scale engineering culture, and drive measurable business impact., * CTO Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, P&L management, and strategic roadmaps.

• Engineering Excellence: Benchmark and elevate delivery using DORA metrics, CI CD maturity, and rigorous QA automation.
• Cloud and Security: Optimize infrastructure for scale and cost while ensuring SOC 2 and GDPR readiness.
• M and A Integration: Lead post-acquisition tech alignment and advise on global distributed team models.

Are you a seasoned engineering leader who thrives on turning high-growth SaaS potential into operational excellence?, * 10 Plus Years of Executive Leadership: Proven track record in growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed environments.

• Scale Expertise: Experience leading 40-plus-person engineering/software development orgs with a focus on player-coach mentorship.
• Technical Depth: Experience coming up through the development ranks and running development organizations. Deep fluency in modern cloud stacks like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, microservices, and system re-architecture.
• Business Acumen: Ability to tie technical debt reduction and velocity to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Atlanta-based, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
• Up to 25 percent travel.
