IT Manager

• Support IT application needs for all staff.
• Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
• Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
• Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
• Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
• Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
• Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
• Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
• All other duties as assigned, Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
• Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
• Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of wireless technology applications and interface availability.
• Working knowledge of Palm OS, Windows CE, and Blackberry capabilities and support.
• Proficiency in Windows XP support.
• Proficiency in Novell network and Windows NT support.
• Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
