SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Logistics Planning Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Logistics Planning Analyst to support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and logistics operations for a fast-paced EV manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and efficient inventory management across the manufacturing network.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, inventory planning, logistics operations, and manufacturing processes. Experience in high-volume automotive, EV, semiconductor, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly preferred., * Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA.

• Support inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory health, material shortages, and replenishment strategies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support manufacturing operations.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, fill rate, service levels, and material availability.
• Configure and support SAP Supply Chain processes within S/4HANA.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for inventory management.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and supply planning activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using SAP data.
• Troubleshoot SAP supply chain and logistics issues while partnering with business users and IT teams.
• Participate in ERP enhancements, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure supply chain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Work cross-functionally to support new product introductions (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Logistics experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules.

• Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV), Automotive, Battery Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or High-Tech Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations or SAP migrations.
