Job description
OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level., 1. Drive critical cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives
- Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines
- Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives
- Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule
- Mentor junior program managers

Requirements
- 6+ years relevant work experience in program/project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
- High ownership with a strong bias for action, * Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server rack ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
- Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
- Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
