Junior Functional Analyst SAP S/4HANA O2C | België | Hybride

Your Challenge

You will support business users during the rollout of a standardized SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution across multiple European countries. While helping users and resolving functional questions, you’ll build valuable expertise in SAP business processes and enterprise systems.

Your Responsibilities

Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Act as the first point of contact for functional questions related to Order-to-Cash processes

Analyse issues and collaborate with SAP and IT teams to identify solutions

Develop knowledge of Order Management, Billing, and Finance integrations

Translate business needs into clear and structured input for functional and technical teams

Participate in workshops, testing activities, and international rollout projects

Contribute to process documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives

You have initial experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Key User, or SAP User

You have a strong interest in business processes and digital transformation

You enjoy working with both business and IT stakeholders

You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn

You communicate clearly and proactively

You are organized, solution-oriented, and ready to grow within SAP S/4HANA, English is required

Dutch, French, or any additional European language is a plus
