Requirements

5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery

Strong IT delivery background
Experience supporting multiple Agile squads
Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills
Risk, dependency and impediment management
Jira & Confluence
Experience with Cloud environments
Kafka / event-driven architecture knowledge is a strong plus
DevOps / CI/CD knowledge is a plus
English mandatory; French is a plus
Based in Belgium !
