Job description

  • Mitarbeit bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk und weitere Komponenten - je nach Erfahrung)

  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunk (z.B. Fachinformatiker, Informationstechnologe, oÄ)

  • Fundierte IT-Grundkenntnisse (Betriebssysteme, Standardsoftware) sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Support

  • Idealerweise vertiefte Kenntnisse in einzelnen IT-Fachbereichen

  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikation-s und Teamfähigkeit

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären

  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
