Sharp Brains is seeking a DSS L1 Desktop Support professional for an on-site role in Majadahonda, Spain. You will provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and common business apps.
Requirements
The role requires 1-3 years of IT support experience, strong Windows knowledge, basic networking, and good communication skills. You will work with end-user devices, printers, and VPN setup, following SLA guidelines.
