Requirements

Sharp Brains is seeking a Desktop Support L1 professional for on-site support in Madrid. You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business apps, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

You will assist with AD tasks and VPN connectivity, log incidents, and escalate complex problems as needed. The role requires 1-3 years of Desktop/IT Support experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work
