Scrum Master

In this role, you will support multiple Agile teams based in Belgium and internationally while working closely with stakeholders. You will be responsible for facilitating collaboration within and across teams, coaching Agile teams, and removing impediments that may impact delivery.

You will also collaborate with IT partners and business stakeholders on backlog management, prioritization, and ensuring clear communication between business and IT. In addition, you will contribute to dependency management, risk management, and a number of service management activities.

• You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master within an IT environment.
• You thrive in an international setting and know how to connect and coach teams across different locations and cultures.
• You are proactive, work independently, and actively contribute to strong team collaboration.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
