Job description

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica.

  • Ofrecer soporte técnico a usuarios (presencial y remoto) en niveles 1 y 2.
  • Ofrecer soporte funcional básico en SAP (usuarios, accesos, incidencias).
  • Configuración y administración de servicios de red (administración de IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, copias de seguridad y tareas básicas de ciberseguridad).

Requirements

Formación en Informática (FP Grado Medio/Superior, Grado o equivalente).

  • Conocimientos en: Sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux); Redes; Entornos SAP.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en soporte técnico y redes.

Benefits & conditions

Jornada de lunes a viernes de 08.00 a 16.00 horas.

  • Incorporación al Departamento de IT, liderando las actividades tecnológicas claves para la empresa.
  • Posición estable con contrato temporal inicial, proyección a largo plazo y posibilidad de consolidación en un puesto de carácter permanente.
  • Salario a convenir en función de la experiencia y el valor aportado por el candidato.
