Job description

As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines for critical banking applications.
Collaborating with development teams to automate development, testing, and deployment processes.
Managing and securing version control systems.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of applications and infrastructure.
Managing configurations and updates of production environments.
Providing Level 3 support to resolve incidents and issues related to infrastructure and applications.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps engineer, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong automation skills with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
Proficiency in containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
Scripting skills with languages such as Shell, Python, or Ruby.
Understanding of IT security principles and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
DevOps certification is a plus.
