Job description

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
Stay hands-on with software development and technical problem-solving
Design and build scalable applications across cloud, on-premise, and edge environments
Influence architecture decisions and engineering standards
Drive best practices around testing, CI/CD, GitOps, and developer experience
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions

Tech Environment

You’ll work with technologies including:

Go, Python, TypeScript
Kubernetes & Docker
PostgreSQL & Redis
gRPC, REST APIs, OpenAPI, Protobuf
CI/CD, GitOps, Azure DevOps
Modern software architecture principles (SOLID, DDD)

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience
Experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar
Strong full-stack development background
Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native environments
Passion for mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices

Experience in maritime, logistics, supply chain, or other complex operational environments is a plus.
