?? Why Join? You’ll be joining a newly created team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of customer data used across council and trust services. Your work will directly support efficient service delivery and data quality improvements., As part of the Customer Master Data team, you will:

• Deliver precise and high-quality customer data services for the council and trust.
• Process new and updated customer records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Verify all customer information to ensure compliance with corporate, financial and legislative requirements.
• Maintain awareness of potentially fraudulent activity, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Ensure strict GDPR compliance and always maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in producing management information and compliance reports using Oracle.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data processing or master data environments.
• Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced transactional environment.
• Awareness of data governance, GDPR and financial processes.
