As an IT Specialist at our client, you’ll work with a mix of technology and strategy , both under the hood (management, configuration, data analysis, data engineering) and above the hood (consulting, optimization, sparring with business and vendors). You will have the space to unravel complexity, deploy data smarter and future-proof systems . Work with key systems such as Exact (finance), Dynamics CRM (customers) and Microsoft SQL (SSIS, SSRS) Optimize workflows and make the bridge between business and IT Interact with the IT organization, cloud platform and external partners What makes this position unique? Your responsibilities: - Management and optimization of applications such as Exact, Dynamics CRM and reporting tools. - Data and process optimization: structuring and automating reports (SSIS, SSRS). - Coordinate system updates and implement enhancements. - Questioning colleagues and translating their needs into smart IT solutions. - Collaborate with vendors and the ICT organization to future-proof systems.
