Senior Front End Developer (Leiden, Netherlands)

Developing intuitive user interfaces with HTML, JavaScript and CSS will be your core challenge.

It’s the icing on the cake that exposes the hard work of the whole team. You will work with

modern technologies like ReactJS, SCSS, WebPack, NPM and Bootstrap. You will build

visualizations & prototypes of UI’s and enhance these to full production versions with

• Personal: Smart, team player, flexible, sense of humor
• Spoken Languages: English (Dutch is a plus)
• Version Control: Git/GitHub

Experience:

• 3-5 years professional frontend experience with modern JavaScript, HTML, a CSS Framework
• 1-2 years of working experience preferably with ReactJS/ES6, or alternatively with another modern JavaScript framework (Angular, Vue)
• Some experience with tools like NPM, WebPack or Yarn
• Solid understanding of REST API’s and JSON
• 1-2 years of experience/interest in UI/UX development

Nice to Have

• Experience with some of our existing technology stack: Bootstrap, Storybooks, Plotly, DevExpress, Ruby on Rails, PostgresSQL, HP Vertica, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (TeamCity), AWS, testing/javascript testing
