Job description

  • Lead and deliver SAP HCM projects from requirements through to implementation.
  • Advise clients on HR processes and design effective SAP solutions.
  • Work across areas such as PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
  • Support S/4HANA and modern SAP HCM transformations.
  • Lead workshops, manage workstreams and support junior consultants.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, ideally across multiple modules.
  • Experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluent German and good English.
