Job description
- Durchführung von IT-Rollouts, Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software
- Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Wartung, Aktualisierung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen vor Ort und remote
- Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Rollouts und technischen Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
- Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support, Rollout oder Field Service von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Office 365 und Standardsoftware
- Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Serviceorientiertes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich, Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
