*Implementierung und Betreuung von Software und Servern sowie Installation, Austausch und Wartung von Hardware *Technischer und applikationsbezogener Support der Anwender per Telefon, Fernwartung oder vor Ort *Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit nachgelagerten Ebenen (z. B. 3rd Level Support, Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern) *Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie die Erfassung, Dokumentation und Behebung von Störungen

Requirements

*Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:zur Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, Informationstechnische:m Assistent:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation *Erste Erfahrung aus dem Bereich 1st und 2nd Level Support von Vorteil *Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Umgebungen im Client- und Server-Bereich und M365 wünschenswert *Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
