Job description

  • Coaching und Beratung von Teams, Führungskräften und Kunden rund um Agilität
  • Mitgestaltung und Begleitung der agilen Transformation auf Organisations- und Teamebene
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Fortschrittskennzahlen (z. B. Velocity, Burndown Charts)
  • Koordination von Agile Release Trains (ARTs) im Rahmen des SAFe-Frameworks
  • Moderation von PI-Plannings und Unterstützung bei ART-Events

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Zertifizierung als Agile Coach oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
  • Idealerweise SAFe-Zertifizierung (z. B. Release Train Engineer oder SAFe Program Consultant)
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
  • Kenntnisse in Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
