Job description
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure and technical operations programs, managing multiple concurrent initiatives across internal systems, tooling, network, and security., Key responsibilities: integrate internal tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks; provide leadership with project updates, risks, and mitigations; refine processes and build SOPs to improve efficiency and user experience; identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks; and drive large transformational initiatives by managing cross-functional dependencies and program team meetings.
Requirements
Required experience: 7+ years in program management across infrastructure, network, compute, or cloud operations; proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering technical solutions; strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; solid grounding in enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and operations; hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana; a self-starter and highly collaborative team player comfortable giving and receiving real-time feedback..
