Job description

  • 3-month sabbatical coverage assignment.
  • Weekly project status reporting and metrics will be presented to the CIO/CISO.
  • Candidate will lead both legacy product development projects and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Product Development Project Management experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
  • Experience leading end-to-end software product delivery and production support.
  • Strong experience working directly with software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid chart, and Microsoft Project or Monday.com.
  • Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
  • Ability to take ownership immediately with minimal ramp-up.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Preferred:

  • Startup or high-growth product company experience.
  • Manufacturing, ERP, or MES software experience.
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
  • Experience leading application modernization initiatives.
