  • Steuerung und Koordination von Service-Leistungen im Rahmen bestehender Verträge
  • Verantwortung fĂźr SLA-Einhaltung und Servicequalität
  • Priorisierung und Planung von Change-Requests
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Kundenlandschaften
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fach- und Plattformteams
  • Begleitung von Release- und Upgrade-Zyklen

Du verbindest fachliche SAP-Kompetenz mit strukturierter Service-Steuerung.

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein fĂźr Qualität, Zeit und Budget
