Requirements

Ability to lead the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) responsible for end-to-end application development. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is critical

Technical Skillset: -

  • Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgresSQL) -
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment -
  • Familiarity with GKE or similar container orchestration platforms - Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management -
  • Debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging -
  • Technical Leadership - Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycle -
  • Experience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteria -
  • Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignment - CI/CD Pipeline Setup: -
  • Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, and CircleCI -
  • Expertise in automating workflows and deployments through pipelines - Familiarity with testing automation tools like Playwright

Education:

  • Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
