Job description

  • IT Support Inkl. Konfigurations-, Wartungs- und Installationsaufgaben
  • Nah- und Ferndiagnose möglich
  • Kundenberatung und Betreuung im Server oder Client Bereich innerhalb von SLAs
  • Infrastruktur-Projektvorhaben (Deutschlandweit)
  • Teilnahme an Internen Schulungen und Workshops (DE/EN)
  • Vornahme technischer Dokumentation
  • Konfiguration, Aufbau und Installation von Hardware-Lösungen
  • Entwurf mobiler Rollouts (Android/ iPhone) für Endgerätenutzung

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker - Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder Ähnliches
  • Optimalerweise 3+ Jahre Berufspraxis im IT-Support
  • Routineumgang mit div. Ticketsystemen und den Office 365- Programmen wie SharePoint/ Planer/ Teams/ SkypeForBusiness
  • Professionelle Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse (Microsoft/ Macintosh), insbesondere MacBook, iPhone und iMac
  • JAMF- Erfahrungen wünschenswert
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Kommunikativ-repräsentative Fähigkeiten in Englisch / Deutsch
  • Sehr Hohes Prozessverstehen mit ITIL-Zertifikat
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Videos bzw. Bildproduktion
  • Teamgeist, Pragmatisches und lösungsorientiertes Agieren
