Job description

  • Design intuitive interfaces and experiences for industrial technology applications
  • Create user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operations
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems
  • Lead user research initiatives with operators and field personnel
  • Build and test prototypes for various use cases
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams
  • Ensure consistency across multiple platforms and interfaces
  • Document and communicate design decisions effectively

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
  • Experience in usability testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design
  • Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Proven track record of shipping production-ready designs, * Experience in managing UX Design and rapid prototyping efforts
  • Experience guiding, training and mentoring others
  • Experience designing for industrial or technical environments
  • Knowledge of human factors and ergonomics
  • Background in safety-critical or mission-critical system design
  • Experience designing for operations or manufacturing settings
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and complex systems
