The team is seeking an administrator to maintain RHEL and Windows servers for a research, Development, Test, and Evaluation network. Details below, * Administer and support Windows 11 and RHEL systems in a secure enterprise environment.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system availability.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate system administration tasks.
• Review and provide technical recommendations for infrastructure design and engineering initiatives.
• Harden Windows and Linux systems in compliance with DISA STIGs, IAVMs, CTOs, and security policies.
• Perform vulnerability remediation, patch management, and compliance validation.
• Support endpoint security through the implementation of security tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure secure and compliant configurations.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories and asset tracking records.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
• Manage equipment inventory, preparation, and shipment to remote personnel.
• Support system upgrades, technology refreshes, and infrastructure modernization efforts.

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of RHEL/Windows administration experience
• IAT II certifications (one of the following): CySA+, Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP
• Scripting experience: Powershell, Bash
• Experience with IAVM process (STIGs and patches)

• Total compensation based on experience level - $100,000-$115,000 based on experience level
