Job description

  • Telefonischer, persönlicher und remote First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Installation, Wartung und Administration von stationären und mobilen Endgeräten in einer Microsoft-basierten IT-Umgebung
  • Verwaltung von MDM-Systemen und der Cloud-Telefonie
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Serviceprozesse zur stetigen Optimierung von Support und Infrastruktur

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Helpdesk
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID und Microsoft 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
