- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
- Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripheriegeräte)
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- UnterstĂźtzung der Anwender bei IT-Problemen vor Ort und per Remote-Zugriff
- Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Migrationen
- Dokumentation der Supportfälle und Systemänderungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Technik von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WLAN, VPN) wĂźnschenswert
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und technisches Verständnis
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- FĂźhrerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
