Fashion CRM Specialist

Our client, an iconic fashion brand, is seeking a TEMPORARY CRM Specialist to join their downtown LA team for about 3 months!, * Execute CRM campaigns across all channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.

• Build in-app and SMS campaigns, manage campaign calendars, and maintain journey and automation documentation.
• Support the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies, including triggered and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer segments and loyalty program initiatives to support targeted communications.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute ideas to grow the customer base and improve loyalty engagement.

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and/or project management for a cross-channel retail brand.
• PREFERRED - Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle ORCE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
