Job description

Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of install Linux systems
Discussing Linux server systems and upgrades with IT managers
Installing or upgrading Linux systems and servers
Providing technical support for internal customers
Troubleshooting system and server errors
Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors
Maintaining server architecture
Will create and maintain a highly robust automation system and identify other areas of mundane and repeated implementations / operations tasks and will integrate them into the automated systems
Will track and report all incidents, problems, outages, and successes

Requirements

0-2 years of experience with Linux systems administration or infrastructure support.
Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with Git and configuration-management tools such as Ansible.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Basic knowledge of Redhat Satellite or SUSE Manager .
Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting.
