  • Translate user requirements, clinical insights, and risk mitigations into elegant and effective UI solutions.
  • Ensure build consistency through patterns, style guides, and collaboration with design system owners.
  • Partner with Human Factors Engineering to integrate IEC 62366 and FDA usability requirements into the UI/UX workflow.
  • Support formative studies, heuristic evaluations, use-error analyses, and simulated-use testing.
  • Analyze study results and recommend build changes to improve safety, workflow alignment, and user happiness.
  • Contribute to user interface-related risk analysis (e.g., UFMEA, task analysis, use-related hazard identification)., Meet Anwesha - recently promoted to Manager, she leads a team of software engineers for our Medication Delivery business.

  • Innovative, * Bachelor’s Degree in UX/HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years UI/UX experience, reuglated industry preferred.
  • Strong UX portfolio showing interaction design, visual design, and complex workflows.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure
  • Experience with embedded/touchscreen interfaces or connected device ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
