Job description
- Interacts with users to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and performance problems for customers using LANs, PCs and printers.
- Analyzes and levies customer requirements to the appropriate technical business unit, and may serve on teams installing software upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered)
- 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical problems, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Thorough knowledge of standard desktop hardware and software
- Demonstrated knowledge of server administration, maintenance, and user account management
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
