Job description
In this role, you will serve as a primary contractor representative for DoD executive leadership, taking responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance while supporting task-level financial and business management processes., * Serve as the primary contractor representative for DoD executive leadership.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall quality and efficiency of contractor performance across all task requirements.
- Assist the Government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.
- Lead technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams supporting all-source cyber analysis and threat reporting.
- Conduct suspicious file scanning, indicator pivoting, and malware analysis using standard diagnostic tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting within the last ten years.
- 10+ years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting within the last ten years.
- 10+ years of experience using scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and performing malware analysis on characteristics (MD5, SHA1, file size, file paths, etc.) within the last ten years.
- 10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis processes, including OSINT and closed-source gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge within the last ten years.
- 10+ years of experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption used by APT threat actors within the last ten years., * Demonstrated experience working directly with DoD executive leadership and interagency intelligence stakeholders.
- Proven background in streamlining task-level financial and business processes in a defense environment.
- Advanced technical expertise regarding Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) operational methodologies and infrastructure analysis.
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidates must possess active TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
